So thankful we had Emily to care for our cat whilst we were away. It was the first time we had used the services of someone else other than a family member so naturally we were a little apprehensive however we couldn’t have felt more at ease as soon as met Emily. Communication was fantastic, the daily updates with pictures & videos of our beloved Dotty were a wonderful touch and we could just tell she was very happy.

We will definitely be asking Emily to care for our cat the next time we are away.

Emily has been a life saver for us. She has helped us out on two occasions to feed and keep an eye on our cat whilst away. She was able to pick up an extra feed very late notice and has kept me updated on our little terror of a cat! She even came round before the first visit to meet Phoebe and so I could show her where everything is. She has made life so much easier for us and Phoebe who didn’t enjoy going into a cattery.
